Statement of Particulars in a Main Case
This service enables the court to obtain an initial picture of the parties in a divorce dispute that is not a child support dispute. The form must be filed together with a claim concerning a dispute between spouses when it is filed with the Family Court.
Anyone who wishes to file a claim with the Family Court concerning a dispute between spouses, including approval of an agreement.
- The statement of particulars form must be attached to a claim concerning a family dispute. The form includes: personal details, details of income, expenses, and additional information.
- If the claim was filed together with another claim concerning a dispute between spouses, this form does not need to be attached again.
This service is provided free of charge, but payment must be made for the claim to which this form must be attached.
