Generation of a Land Registry Extract (Tabu Extract) from the Land Registers
The service allows any person to order, for a fee, a registration extract from the Land Registers, as well as an extract signed with an Apostille stamp

What is a Land Registry Extract (Tabu Extract)?
- An official document containing legal information about a property as registered in the Land Registers:
- Registered owners.
- Liens, mortgages, foreclosures (attachments), court orders, and more.
- Restrictions, if any.
- The information in the extract is accurate as of its date of generation.
When is it Important to Check an Extract?
- Before buying or selling a property.
- Before executing any legal transaction regarding the property.
- To verify the registered owner of the property.
Types of Extracts:
- Full Regular Extract:
- Includes all current information regarding the property as registered in the Land Registers.
- Suitable for most cases, such as buying and selling.
- Historical Extract:
- Includes deleted (canceled) registrations as well.
- Required when there is a need to review the history of the property.
- Concentrated Extract (Condominium Summary):
- Contains general information regarding all apartment owners in a joint house (condominium).
- Does not include full registration details.
In order to generate the extract, you must enter the Block (Gush) and Parcel (Chelka) numbers of the property.
- The numbers can be located using one of the following methods:
- On the Survey of Israel (MAPI) website – by address.
- On the municipal property tax (Arnona) bill.
- In the apartment's contract (lease/purchase agreement).
- If the apartment is located in a joint house (condominium), you will also be required to enter the Sub-Parcel (Tat-Chelka) number.
Note
The Sub-Parcel number in the Land Registry (Tabu) is not necessarily identical to the apartment number in the building.
