This service enables inheritance administrators to open a file for the administration of the inheritance or income tax deductions files.
Who can file an application to create a file for inheritance management or income tax deductions
- The executor of the estate pursuant to a court order.
- Administrators of the estate pursuant to a court order.
- Each heir pursuant to a court order.
- The guardian pursuant to a court order
What to add
- Court ruling on the appointment of inheritance managers, official representatives who are the executors of the deceased's will.
- Photocopy of the ID card of the estate administrator or official representatives.
- Approval that the legal personal representatives are the heirs, if this is determined by a court ruling
- Any document attesting the legal personal representatives designated by the court.
- If the source of income is from a business where the building is leased, a lease agreement must be attached.
