Report on income from interest on taxable bonds pursuant to Article 3(h) of the Ordinance (form 1269)
Report on income from interest accrued during the period the bond was owned by someone else.
Who can apply
The report can only be submitted through a registered representative (an accountancy firm, a tax adviser or a lawyer registered as the taxpayer's representative in the automated processing service), or by the taxpayer himself.
How to apply
The taxpayer must print out the form, complete it clearly in handwriting, sign it and submit it together with the relevant documents.
The form will be submitted by the taxpayer who has an income from interest pursuant to Article 3(h) of the Ordinance or by his representative.
The form shall be submitted in one of the following ways:
- By post – to the assessment office where the file of the taxpayer is handled.
- By fax - to the assessment office where the file of the taxpayer is handled.
- At the tax office - at the assessment office where the file of the taxpayer is handled or through one of the tax offices in the country.
Remarks
Generally, processing ends with the application being filed in the taxpayer's name, unless additional information is required.
