Request an Israel entry and exit report
Israeli citizens or residents who are residing in Israel can use this service to request an Israel entry and exit report, in order to prove being in Israel or abroad.
Who can request an Entry and Exit Report
- You must be an Israeli citizen or resident and physically in Israel to apply online.
- You can request a report for yourself or for your children that are under 18 years old.
- 'Interested Parties' with a court order can apply for a report on someone else.
- Government ministries and public institutes can apply for a report on someone else.
- Lawyers with power of attorney can make the application on behalf of their clients.
- Israeli citizens or residents residing in Israel, who have been granted notarized power of attorney, can make the application on behalf of other citizens or residents.
- Employers of foreign workers can make the application on behalf of their foreign worker employees.
What you need
- ID card.
- Foreign passport (if you have one).
- Israeli passport (recommended).
How to apply
- Complete the online Entry/exit report application form and submit it, together with the required documents online.
- You can also complete the form online, print and submit it together with the required documents to your local Population and Immigration Authority offices.
Your report will be issued within 5 work days and sent to your registered address by Israel Post.
Service fee
You can make the application once a day for free.
The fee for each additional application on the same day is 20 NIS.

Notes
- The Population and Immigration Authority is required to grant information on entrance and exit to and from Israel, for the seven years prior to the request. In some cases, in which the applicant needs to provide evidence of entry or exit beyond this period, applications for information beyond 7 years back may will be considered.
- The information granted is for the entire period. You can't receive information for specific periods.

Self-service stands
You can submit the application, together with the required documents, at any of the self-service stands at the Population and Immigration Authority offices and at general self-service stands located across the country..
Office
You can submit the application in person at your local Population and Immigration Authority offices.
You can also place the forms and documents in one of the service boxes in the authority offices.
This service does not require scheduling an appointment with the Population and Immigration offices.
Post
You can post the application 'together with the required documents, to: The National Service Center, 42 Agripas Street, Jerusalem, Israel.
Fax
You can fax the application, together with the required documents, to 02-6469442.
Online
You can complete and submit the Entry/exit report application form online.
