Reproduce a conversion certificate

Anyone who completes the conversion process to Judaism through a state conversion receives a conversion certificate.  

If you have completed the state conversion process you can use the online form to reproduce your conversion certificate.

Instructions

• On the form there are required fields and optional fields.
• You must fill in the required fields.
• Filling in the optional fields will shorten the handling time for your application.

Notes

• If you completed your conversion through the Regional Rabbinical Court, contact them directly to reproduce your conversion certificate www.rbc.gov.il.
• If you completed your conversion through a military conversion court, contact the military conversion unit directly by email to [email protected].
• The Conversion Division makes an effort to assist in locating and recovering issuedcertificates, as well as consolidating old certificates issued by other bodies. However, there may be certificates that have not been identified by the conversion department
• This service and forms are provided in Hebrew. In order to ensure successful use of the service, seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended.
