Completion of Routine Immunizations for Students
For people who did not receive their regular childhood or school vaccinations, this service offers information on where and how to get immunized.
The Ministry of Health recommends that those who have not received all routine childhood immunizations in Israel complete their vaccinations. If you missed any routine vaccinations during childhood or as a school student, you can catch up at school or at vaccination clinics in health bureaus.
- From age 18, completing the vaccination requires a fee.
- To receive a vaccination at a health bureau, you need to make an appointment in advance.
How to Receive the Vaccine and Whether There Is a Fee
- Up to 9th grade in regular education and up to age 21 in special education:
The vaccination will be provided by the healthcare provider at the students' school, free of charge. - From 10th grade and above:
Vaccinations will be provided at health bureaus, free of charge up to age 17 (inclusive) and for a fee starting at age 18.
What is the Cost of the Vaccination?
- At the vaccination clinics in health bureaus, there is a fee (Hebrew) for medical consultation.
- If you do not have a vaccination record, you will need to pay an additional fee for an international vaccination record (Hebrew).
- Each vaccination incurs an additional charge.
- The rates vary depending on the type of vaccine and are periodically updated. You can view the updated rates in the health bureau's vaccination price list (Hebrew).
- Payment will be made at the vaccination clinic in the health bureau in your area at the time of receiving the vaccine.
