Online
What is the Digital Vaccination Record?
- The Digital Vaccination Record provides online access to personal vaccination information from the National Immunization Registry.
- The registry contains vaccination records for all vaccinated people, starting from March 15, 2025, when the law took effect. From that date onwards, all vaccination providers are required to report to the registry.
Information about vaccinations given before the date the law took effect may be incomplete or inaccurate. Therefore, it is recommended to keep physical vaccination records.
- Reporting is required from all providers authorized to administer vaccines in Israel, including the Ministry of Health, health maintenance organizations (HMOs) (such as family care centers and school vaccination programs), hospitals, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), and clinics and organizations providing emergency medical services.
- Information in the Digital Immunization Registry is updated regularly, within 72 hours of vaccination.
- The benefits of the Digital Immunization Registry include:
- Easy access to all vaccination information received throughout life.
- Ensuring continuity of care.
- Improving medical follow-up.
- Preventing unnecessary vaccinations.
- Maintaining accurate records for long periods.
- Providing printed records in Hebrew and English from the national identification system for travel or educational purposes.
Who Can Retrieve Information?
- Anyone who has received vaccinations will have their details in the registry.
- Parents of children under the age of 18 can access their child’s vaccination records via
- The government personal zone.
- The HMO's personal profile.
The service is free of charge.
