Pay annual fees for companies or partnerships
Registered companies and partnerships can use this service to pay the annual fee.
Any company registered with the Registrar of Companies or a partnership registered with the Registrar of Partnerships must pay a fee once every calendar year (between January 1 and to December 12).
Note
This service and forms are provided in Hebrew. If you don’t speak Hebrew seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended.
You can pay in one of the following ways:
- Enter the payment system.
- Type the company name, partnership or number.
- Choose annual fee.
- Mark the year or years for payment and fill out the details of the payers.
- Choose:
- Payment by credit card (up to 18 payments).
- Payment by bank transfer, for companies and partnerships that have an agreement with the bank in which the account is managed.
- Your payment will be completed only after confirmation.
- The payment will be registered within 2 business days. See the status of the fee payment.
- You can prooduce copies of the payment confirmation.
Note
- Do not make payments by bank transfer other than via the website. Bank transfers that are not made via the website will not be automatically updated vis-a-vis the company's fee debt.
- As of November 19, 2011, it is not possible to update unpaid bank transfers via the website.
Pay the fee in person at any Israel Post branch through the company or partnership number. You don’t need a voucher.
You can pay by cash or by cheque only.

Upadating the fee payment status
If the fee payment has not been updated within 8 days of payment (excluding companies whose debt has been transferred to the Fines Collection Center, email [email protected], attaching a confirmation of payment and the company or partnership number.
- A company or partnership registered with the Registrar of Companies is exempt from paying the annual fee only during the calendar year in which it was registered. For example: a company or a partnership that registered on November 30, 2016 is exempt from payment of the 2016 fee. As of January 1, 2017, the company or partnership must pay the fee for 2017.
- The dates of payment of the annual fee and the payment rates are prescribed by law and the Registrar of Companies and Partnerships are not authorized to approve requests to extend the reduced payment date or to change the rates of the fee prescribed by law.
- All companies (excluding companies that have been dissolved in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Ordinance or a company that has been erased) must pay the annual fee and submit the annual report.
- A company that is in the process of voluntary liquidation must pay the annual fee as long as it is not liquidated.
- A company that has terminated its activity and completed voluntary liquidation may be entitled to receive an exemption from payment of the annual fees.
- Exemption from fees or annual fees will apply only to annual fees that have not yet been paid. Fees paid are not refundable.
- In accordance with Article 5 of the Companies Regulations, a company that chooses to pay the fee from January 1 to the end of February of that year will enjoy a reduced rate.
