Claim benefits according to the Nazi persecution law
Use this online service to claim recognition of a disability caused as a result of Nazi persecution, and to receive monthly benefits, pursuant to the Nazi Persecution Law.

Who can apply
You can apply if:
- you made Aliyah before 1 October 1953
- you have been an Israeli resident and citizen since April 1, 1957
- you suffered persecution including:
- you held in a concentration or labor camp.
- you were confined to a ghetto
- forced in to hiding or forced to assume a false identity in captured territory.
- you were deportated
- you were forced to flee due to fear for your safety.
- you experienced restrictions of liberty in occupied territories, or forced labor
- you experienced curfews in countries not under direct Nazi occupation, but were under Nazi Germany influence, for example, Romania and Bulgaria.
- you fled Libya for fear of Nazi persecution (recognized in accordance with the Ministry of Finance administrative decision of 2010).
- if your mother who suffered Nazi persecution while pregnant with you, and you were born up to 300 days after the end of the persecution, you may be recognized, depending on the official date of the end of war in the state or city in which the persecution took place.
- you can be recognized for benefits only if you suffer from a disability level of 25% and above, based on a health condition which is a result of the Nazi persecution.
- you cannot be recognized for benefits if you receive a ill-health pension directly from the German government (BEG), or other foreign country.
What you need
- A clear photocopy of your ID.
- Medical documents proving your disability.
- Confirmation from the German authorities of payment of compensation for "deprivation of freedom" (FSB + evidence) if you have it.
- If you are a guardian submitting the application on someone's behalf, attach the appointment of guardian order.
- If the claim is being submitted by a lawyer, attach a power-of-attorney.
