The service is not provided to Palestinians and/or to anyone who has Israeli permanent residency/citizenship.
The division assists all foreign nationals staying in Israel unlawfully, to leave voluntarily to their country or to another country willing to grant them a residence permit, all in a respectful and decent manner.
As part of the assistance provided, the division grants everyone who turns to it personal, courteous, professional, and efficient service, which includes among other things:
Purchasing flight tickets.
Assistance in issuing travel documents when necessary.
Providing a grant to eligible candidates who are infiltrators (such as, infiltrators from Sudan, Eritrea, Ivory Coast, Ethiopia, Guinea, and countries without diplomatic relations) according to the following criteria:
Infiltrators from the African continent and from an eligible country, who return to their country of origin, will receive a grant in the amount of: $3,500.
Infiltrators from the African continent and who belong to an eligible population, who leave to a third African country under an arrangement, will receive a grant in the amount of:
Woman: $5,000
Child: $5,000
Man: $3,500
Protection from enforcement until the flight.
The division operates at the highest standards, and works in cooperation with many bodies for the purpose of assisting those leaving voluntarily, including international organizations, airlines, and foreign representations.
