Youth Division
About
For Olim, the Youth Division will constitute a bridge to Israeli society. The main goal of the Division is to utilize the intrinsic personal potential of every new immigrant and returning resident, thus enriching the human-resources capital on the national level. This is accomplished through creating a foundation of equal opportunity that enables the maximal integration of new immigrants.
The Division will serve as a professional authority in field, and create quality, accessible, and adapted processing and service policies, which are sensitive to the individual, in order to maximize the rights of the new immigrants.
The service values upon which the Division stands are: integrity, professionalism, awareness of service, creativity, and sensitivity to the individual,
The Division for Individuals develops programs and services adapted to the target populations, operates regular, ongoing activities in all of its areas of endeavor, conducts mapping, promotes and expands the assistance mechanism, participates in professional forums, and conducts a strategic dialogue, while expanding partnerships and amalgamating resources, as well as formulating a concept and rationale for action to serve immigrants and returning residents in areas under its responsibility.
