The Entrepreneurs Division - Special Programs

A special division within the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration operates to integrate new immigrants and returning residents into Israel's business sector.

The Entrepreneurs Division of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration leads and promotes key issues of business entrepreneurship with the goal of assisting the absorption of new immigrants and returning residents within Israel's business sector.

Among other activities, the Entrepreneurs Division works to create new programs, which are incorporated into the overall policy of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration and focus on assistance in the business, professional, and individual spheres. The goal of the Division is successful economic and social absorption of new immigrants and new residents in their independent business activities in the Israeli business sector in every aspect, financial as well as social.

Over the past years, the Ministry has supported an additional number of important projects; which have been the focus of the Entrepreneurs Division:

1. Tax - Reform Program for New Immigrants and Returning Residents - a proposal that offers revolutionary tax concessions, tax exemptions and exemptions from reporting income from abroad for ten years from the date of entry into Israel.
2. Special Track for Establishing Start - Ups in the Sciences and Hi-Tech in Israel – new - immigrant and returning - resident entrepreneurs in the fields of technology, science and hi-tech and bio-technology who are interested in turning an idea from a dream into reality.
