Director of the Court's Office
About
The Director of the Courts heads the administrative system of the court system. He is responsible, under the direction of the President of the Supreme Court, for setting the goals of the court system, conveying instructions to presidents, and providing an efficient and professional service in the system units.
In accordance with the provisions of section 82 (b) of the Courts Law [combined version], 1984, the Director of the Courts is responsible to the Minister of Justice for the execution of the administrative procedures.
The Director of Courts, with the assistance of the Executive Headquarters, sets the goals of the organization, and these are reflected in annual and multi-year work plans.
The management operates units in a variety of areas relevant to the activities of the court system, including computer units, secretarial, construction, personnel, procurement, budgets, security, legal bureau, internal audit and spokespersons.
In addition to these units, several designated bodies operate under the management, including the Legal Assistant (for training and advanced training of legal assistants) and the Mishmar Security.
