Rabies Vaccines for Veterinarians, Lab Workers, and People Who Work With Animals
Here you can find information on how to get a rabies vaccination and costs, if you are a vet or someone who works with animals.
Who should get vaccinated
The vaccine is recommended to the following healthcare workers:
- Vets.
- Lab workers who test the rabies virus.
- Anyone who comes in contact with animals who may be infected with rabies, as part of their job.
What are the vaccination costs
- At the health bureaus, you will need to pay the consultation fee.
- If you do not have a vaccine administration record you will need to pay for an international one.
- The vaccine requies an additional payment.

Where can you get vaccinated
- You can get vaccinated at your local health bureau.
- You will need to pay at the health bureau, when getting vaccinated.
