Application to become an authorized dealer (form 821)
This service enables you to apply to open an authorized dealer file with VAT.
Who must apply
New company founders.

What to add
- Identity Card from the Ministry of Interior
- One of the following:
- Photocopy of a cancelled cheque from the company's current account.
- Confirmation from the bank regarding the company’s bank account.
- Lease or purchase contract for business premises.
- Legal certification or business license.
- Any document proving the opening of a new business.

How to file the application
Print the form “Application to become an authorized dealer” (form 821), fill it in and sign. Add the requested documents and file the application in one of the following ways:
- In person - you must present yourself in person at the regional office closest to your place of business with the documents.
- Representative – you may open the file through a representative (accountant, tax consultant).
- In "Location of tax offices and reception hours of each office" you can locate the affiliated regional office.
- Public reception will be possible only after scheduling an appointment with the VAT office. There will be no public reception without scheduling an appointment with the tax offices.
What next
After arriving at the VAT office and opening a file, you will receive:
- Confirmation of your registration as a VAT dealer.
- User code and password for VAT reporting and payment.
