Make money transfers from the Center for Fines Collection
Use this service to register your details in order to receive a bank transfer from the Center for Fines Collection. You can use the service if you are eligible for a refund, or you are a victim of crime, who has been awarded compensation by court order, or by settlement agreement.
Who can use this service
You can use this service if:
You are eligible for a refund from the Center for Fines Collection.
You are a victim of crime, who has been awarded compensation by court order, and the compensation has been transferred to the Center of Fines Collection.
You are a victim of crime, who has been awarded compensation by settlement agreement between the prosecuting authority and the defendant.
What you need
A copy of you ID or passport.
A photocopy of your ID or passport.
A photocopy of a cheque from your bank account or an authorization of bank management of the account you wish the compensation to be transferred to.
If the claim is being submitted by a lawyer or company you must attach Tax approval at source and bookkeeping approval.
If the bank account you wish the compensation to be transferred to is not yours, you must submit a beneficiary declaration and a request to transfer funds to a third party bank account.
If the money transfer is for a victim of crime awarded compensation who is a under 18, and the account beneficiary is a lawyer, you must attach power-of-attorney from the minor, or from the minor's legal guardian, and an authorization from the bank stating that the account is a trust account.
How to use the service

Choose the relevant option:
Payment of refunds – if you are eligible for a refund from the Center for Fines Collection.
Compensation payment for adults – if you are an adult who has been awarded compensation by court order.
Compensation payment for minors – for minors who have been awarded compensation by court order.
Compensation by settlement agreement – if you have been awarded compensation by settlement agreement.
Complete and submit the form online, together with the required documents.
Notes
- Payments being made to children under 18, who are victims of crime awarded compensation, will be made according to Section 3a(a) of the Center of Fines, Fees and Expenditure Law, 1995, after receiving the details of the compensation court order, and within 60 days of receiving the details submitted in the online form.
