Scheduling a New Appointment - Ministry of Transport
You can schedule appointments at the Ministry of Transport’s offices and units using this service: the Licensing Offices and the Administration of Shipping and Ports.
When can you schedule your appointment
- For the Licensing Services - up to 30 days in advance
- For the Administration of Shipping and Ports - up to 60 days in advance
How to Schedule an Appointment
- On the GoVisit website:
- Choose the desired activity
If there is no requirement to arrive at the Licensing Office, GoVisit will redirect you to the online service - Log in using a code that will be sent to your mobile phone (an SMS or voice message)
After logging in, the account phone number cannot be changed. To book an appointment for another person, please register with their personal phone number. - Enter an ID number and select the preferred branch office by city or region
- Select a date and time and click “Confirm”
- Choose the desired activity

How to cancel or change the appointment date
Enter “My Appointments” on the GoVisit website and click the appointment to cancel it.
Once the appointment has been cancelled, you can schedule a new appointment.
Can I schedule more than one appointment
You can schedule one appointment per organizational unit (the Licensing Office or the Administration of Shipping and Ports).
Please note - it is possible to perform two transactions while you are at your scheduled appointment at the Licensing Office.
Waiting Line Exemption
Persons entitled to a waiting line exemption do not have to schedule an appointment via the appointment scheduling system.
Upon their arrival at the licensing office they are required to present a Waiting Line Exemption card and obtain a scheduling slip for the service in question from the scheduling slip stand.
