Filling and Submitting an Affidavit

This service enables you to file an affidavit, which is a written document equivalent to testimony delivered orally in court, or filed on the applicants’ initiative in order to strengthen a claim outside legal proceedings. In certain cases, you are required to file an affidavit to support the statement of claim, the statement of defense, or a third-party notice.
