Apply for a Work Grant
This service allows you to apply for a Work Grant online every year, easily, simply.

Information is available in English but the work grant application procedures and relevant forms are available in Hebrew only.
What is a work grant
- A work grant is an income supplement paid to employees and the self-employed, which meet several conditions that will be detailed below.
Who can submit the application
The application can be submitted by those who meet the following conditions:
- Employed and self-employed
- Aged 21 or older who have children
- Aged 55 or older without children
- Their income meets the criteria listed in the work grant guide for the 2025 tax year.
- Employed women can apply for an advance on the account of the work grant for 2026, if they meet the following criteria:
- Were born after January 1, 1960.
- Are over the age of 60
- Meet the criteria that appear in the work women grant guide for the claim year 2025.
- To receive the advance payment, a request must be submitted through this service.
- The remaining grant will be paid during 2026, and no additional request is required.
When should the application be submitted
Online application for a work grant:
- For the tax year 2024 - can be submitted until 31.12.26.
- For the tax year 2025 - until 31.12.2027.
How to Apply
- You have to identify yourself using the identification system.
- Fill in your personal details.
- The identification questions must be answered.
- The affidavit must be approved.
- The claim form number received must be saved.
What happens next
- The Tax Authority will review the application submitted on one of the following dates, whichever is the latest:
- up to 90 days from the date of submission of the application.
- Until July 15 of the tax year in which the request was submitted.
- The grant funds will be deposited into the updated bank account at the Tax Authority.
The application for a job grant is personal.
