Eligibility for the Service
The service is intended for parents seeking state assistance with their child's tuition and wishing to receive an estimate of their eligibility level for the subsidy, including the amount of government participation in covering tuition costs.

Notes
The calculation result is based on the data entered by the user and does not constitute a commitment or reference by the Ministry of Labor regarding eligibility for tuition payments in early childhood settings recognized by the Ministry.
Families in which the mother and/or father do not meet the criteria and do not belong to one of the groups listed in the eligibility support tests for daycare centers - home-based daycare and afterschool programs - will not be eligible for the subsidy and will be receive a ranking of 12.
To calculate the eligibility level for a subsidy, enter the simulator for calculating the level based on per capita income on the Ministry of Labor website and fill in the details.
You can also use the "Rishum'on" application, which is available for download in app stores.
