Apply for assistance from a Foreign Trade Administration commercial attaché via the ERM system

The ERM (Export Request Management System) is a management and control system in which Israeli companies can use to make applications to Foreign Trade Administration economic attaches, located in over 50 centers around the world. The purpose of the system is to ensure an adequate and professional level of service and a quick response to the applying companies.

You can use the ERM to conatct the numerous economic attaches in major global trade centers, for assistance with:

• promoting export and trade - identifying, locating and creating a business connection with distributors, buyers, agents and target companies
• attracting foreign investments - identifying, locating and creating business connections with investment funds, investment bodies and investors around the world
• obtaining business intelligence and information about the target market - economic, business and commercial information about the target market, the country, the economy, the leading sectors and more
• identifying business opportunities - commercial exhibitions, delegations to Israel and the target market, professional conferences and presentation opportunities to business audiences
• treatment and simplification of regulation - assistance in dealing with trade barriers, regulatory challenges, restrictions by foreign local government and so on

The service is free of charge

Who can apply

• Companies, financial organizations, government institutions and non-profit organizations from all sectors of industry and services in Israel. 
• International organizations wishing to promote business and trade with Israel.
• You can only receive the service if you are interested in developing export from Israel.

How to apply

• Enter the online ERM System application form to apply for assistance and information.
• You can make up to 5 applications per month. You able to send only one (1) applications (ERM) to one specific economic attaché in period of 6 month. 
• Provide specific details and an accurate description of your business in order to receive the best service.
• You'll get confirmation that your application has been received within 2 working days.
• Handling time is usually 7 to 14 working days, and no more than 30 days. You'll be notified if there's any delay.
