Use this service to request a refund for credit card payments made on the Government Payment Service.

Who can request a refund
If you used the Government Payment Service, you can request a refund for one of the following reasons:
- You did not receive the service you paid for within the time stated by the service provider.
- You were mistakenly over charged.
- The service is legally free of charge.
- You have a court order awarding you a refund.
Notes
- Your request will be processed within 10 work days.
- Requests for refunds for services provided by the Population and Immigration Authority will be processed within 3 months.
- This service and forms are provided in Hebrew. If you don't speak Hebrew, seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended
How to make the request
- Fill in the Refund request form and submit it online.
- After submitting the form, you will receive an automated reply to your email address, including your request details.
