Request for a refund for a payment made through the Government Payments Service

Who can request a refund

If you used the Government Payment Service, you can request a refund for one of the following reasons:

• You did not receive the service you paid for within the time stated by the service provider.
• You were mistakenly over charged.
• The service is legally free of charge.
• You have a court order awarding you a refund.

Notes

• Your request will be processed within 10 work days.
• Requests for refunds for services provided by the Population and Immigration Authority will be processed within 3 months.
• This service and forms are provided in Hebrew. If you don't speak Hebrew, seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended

How to make the request

1. Fill in the Refund request form and submit it online.

• After submitting the form, you will receive an automated reply to your email address, including your request details.
