Apply for a Cannabis Security Clearance

Anyone who wants to manufacture a cannabis product or a cannabis derived product must get clearance and meet security requirements for that type of facility as outlined in Procedure 107, Road Map (HE).
The Israeli Police must complete an IMC-GSP (Good Security Practices) inspection before a clearance can be granted.

Cannabis business owners that want to apply to the Israeli Police for clearance.

How to submit the application form

1. Print and complete Appendix 'e' of the procedure, which gives the Israeli Police permission to conduct an inspection at any time, and send it to the body that decides whether to grant requests for permits to operate in the medical cannabis sector.
2. Please specify the following details:

• Practice code
• Is it a new permit or a renewal of a permit
• Specify quantities according to the type of practice, as needed

Further processing of the application

Officers of the Israeli Police will get in touch with the applicants to arrange an inspection.
