Outbound Passenger Clearance
If you need to fly out of Israel during the coronavirus crisis, you'll need to submit a health declaration within the 24 hours before departure to get clearance to board your flight.
Israel is in full lockdown effective 8.1.21 through 31.1.21. During this time, it is possible to leave the home for a distance of 1 km maximum, so traveling to the airport is prohibited. There are exceptions on traveling to the airport.
You need to submut the online form if you're:
- an Israeli citizen
- an Israeli resident
- a foreign national
You'll need to complete and submit the form within 24 hours before boarding your flight.
If you don't meet all the health requirements, you won't be permitted to board your flight.
How to fill out the form
Complete and submit the form online
You’ll need to:
- provide personal details of all the passengers, including children
- check the health declarations
Depending on the information you provide and health declarations, you'll either be cleared or refused to board your flight.
You'll get a notification immediately after submitting the form.
Contact airline staff if clearance is denied.
Before boarding the flight
- Keep a digital or paper copy of your clearance (preferably both)
- You'll need it and your plane ticket to enter the airport and to board your flight
