Use this service to submit annual reports to the Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (PRTR). Please note, the reporting form is down for maintenance.
How to submit the report
Complete and submit the Pollutant Release and Transfer annual report form online
You'll need:
- a declaration signed by the factory owner stating that the reported data is accurate and complete
- the factory’s environmental protection ID number:
- find your factory’s environmental ID number
- register your factory with the Ministry of Environmental Protection to get a factory ID number (supported on Explorer and Mozilla)
This service and forms are provided in Hebrew. If you don’t speak Hebrew, seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended.
