Umbrella organizations that meet the criteria for recognition as umbrella organizations for service dogs.

What to include in your application

Attach the relevant documents for the umbrella organization:

• A copy of the certificate of incorporation;
• An up-to-date certificate attesting to the existence of the corporation;
• A sample certificate of recognition at a Center for Qualification and Training
• A sample certificate from the umbrella organization that a Center for Qualification is in the process of approving
• Organization documents

Fill out the application for recognition as an umbrella organization for service dogs or to renew recognition, attach the required documents, and submit the application online.

Continued handling of the application

1. Applications will be reviewed by professionals within 45 business day.
2. Notice that the application for recognition has been approved or denied will be sent by email to the umbrella organizations.
3. Recognition will be granted by the Minister of Welfare and Social Affairs.
