The system for the representatives in real estate taxation

This service allows the lawyers who represent taxpayers in real estate transactions vis-à-vis the Israeli tax authorities to enter the system which serves the representatives of the taxpayers.

Who is able to use the system for the representatives

The users of the system are required to meet the following conditions:

  • Active lawyers who are registered with the Israel Bar Association, who are in possession of an authorized smart card.

  • The lawyers represent taxpayers in real estate transactions vis-à-vis the Israeli tax authorities, and are registered as such in the tax registers.

THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE

How to enter the system

  1. In order to enter the system it is required to use the authorized smart card.
  2. When logging in, it is required to enter the password that was established when the authorized smart card had been received.
