Submit a complaint to the Bank of Israel Public Complaints Commission
Use this service to submit a complaint regarding activities of Bank of Israel staff and organizational units at the. This does not include complaints regarding commercial banks.
What you need
- The complainant's details and ID number.
- If the complaint is being submitted by a representative of the complainant - their details and ID number.
- Any relevant documents relating to the complaint in the following formats:
- Scanned document formats: BMP, GIF,JPEG,JPG,PNG
- File formats: DOC, DOCX, HTML, PDF,PPT,PPTX, TXT, XLS, XLSX

How to apply
- Fill in the form in full, with as much detail as possible.
- State your complaint clearly. If you your complaint regards more than one issue, state each one individually, insofar as possible.
- Complaints regarding commercial banks should be referred to the Public Enquiries Unit, Banking Supervision Department.
