New Olim and Returning Resident Personal Account
The Ministry of Aliyah and Integration New Olim and Returning Resident Personal Account is a safe and convenient way to get updates about benefits, issue certificates, update personal information, save and transfer documents, build business plans etc.
Who can open an account
New olim and returning residents can access the personal area of the website to obtain various kinds of information regarding assistance and payments from the Ministry of Aliya and Integration and to send online inquiries to the Integration Consultant.
What you need to open an account
Entrance into the Personal Area is permitted to persons with 2 out of the following 4 documents:
- Te'udat oleh
- Israeli ID card (te'udat zehut)
Please make sure that the ID card is activated - Israeli credit card in their name
- Israeli passport
Once you have opened an account you will be able to sign in with your password.
Support During the Registration Procedure
There is no charge for opening an account
What can you use your account for
- Submitting an online inquiry to the integration consultant and attaching documents and declarations, on various topics, such as: Income Guarantee, Vouchers for Professional Training, Referral to ulpan, Military Service ,General Matters. The service is available in all languages. That is, it is possible to open an inquiry even in a language that does not exist on the site and in the personal area (for example, in Amharic and Portuguese).
- Apply for a scholarship from the Student Authority
- See relevant assistance and benefits programs and services.
- See what Ministry of Aliyah and Integration benefits and payment you have received.
- Produce appointment confirmations.
- Produce confirmation of payments you received.
- Download a personal integration program report.
- Contact your service point and schedule appointments.
- Contact your advisor in the local authority.
- Access your personal mailbox and see all your correspondence with the ministry, including texts and documents received.
- See your place in line for public housing.
- Update your personal address (in order to update a family address turn to an absorption counselor).
