Luggage and Destination Form
This service allows you to update us onin upcoming flight details and luggage information , so that we can receive the Olim quickly and efficiently upon their landing in Israel and take them to their new home.

In order to streamline your reception process at Ben Gurion Airport, we have created an online form for you that will allow us to prepare for your arrival before you reach Israel. The form includes:
- Flight information (flight date, flight number, landing time, etc.)
- Information about the luggage you intend to bring with you to Israel (number of suitcases, their size, additional aids, pets, etc.)

We recommend filling out the form before your flight to Israel so that we can prepare everything in advance to welcome you, streamline the landing process and luggage tracking, and arrange transportation to your destination quickly.
