Find a marriage certificate
Use this service to find your marriage certificate in the marriage office in which it was issued.
What you need
- Your identifying details as they appear in the marriage certificate:
- ID or passport number.
- Address before marriage.
- Details of the marriage certificate, if you have them:
- Date of marriage.
- Place of registration of the marriage.
- Marriage certificate reference number.
The service is free of charge
How to apply
- Fill in the online Find a Marriage Certificate form, attach the required documents and submit the application online.
- You can also print the paper form and complete and send it by email to: [email protected], or by fax to: 02-6529221
