What documents should be attached to the application?

• The request made by the organization seeking to validate your credentials (license or education) by postal mail or email.
• A confirmation that the processing fee has been paid.

What is the cost of this service?

• Processing fee is 245 NIS.
• Pay the fee by:
  • Money transfer, or
  • Cash deposit;
  • Deposits or transfers should be made to: the Postal Bank, branch number: 001, Jerusalem, account number: 0-025961, payable to the Nursing Division, Israel Ministry of Health.

How to submit the application?

Fill out the online application form, attach the required documents, sign the application form, and submit it.

Process

• The verification will be sent via e-mail or registered mail to the organization seeking to validate your credentials. 
• A copy will also be emailed to the applicant.
