Heirs’ or administrator of estate’s statement at the Income Tax Authority (Form No. 2805)
This service allows heirs or administrators of estate to declare that they are heirs in the estate of the deceased in whose name an income tax file existed before his passing away or to appoint an administrator of estate in order to manage the deceased's estate.
Who can apply
- Heirs of the deceased, if known, according to one of the following orders:
- Judicial order
- Succession order
- Probate order
- Legal personal representatives (administrators of the estate or executors) according to a court order.
What to attach
- Judicial order - if there is no succession order or a probate order;
- Succession order or a probate order.

How to apply
- Please print the form of the statement of the heirs or of the administrator of the estate (executor) listed at the Income Tax Authority.
- Complete the form with intelligible handwriting and sign it.
- Attach the required documents.
The completed form, along with the required documents, should be returned to the Tax Assessing Office whose address appears in the letter of notification which was sent to you. The form can be sent by email, mail, fax or submitted by hand to the Tax Assessing Office unit.
