Updating of addresses and economic sectors at the tax authority (form 140)
This service allows companies to update their address and main area of activity.
Who can file the application
- Representatives on behalf of customers
- Business owners
- Owners of an active income tax or deductions file
The service is available free of charge.
How to file the application
Once the information has been filled in, the form must be transferred manually to one of the tax authorities' offices, in one of the following ways:
- Manual drop-off at assessment offices during reception hours
- By mail to the assessment office
- by fax
- by mail
- The file can be dropped off at an assessment office where the case is not being handled, and will then be forwarded by internal mail to the relevant assessment office.
The information is available in English, but the procedures for updating addresses and economic sectors at the Tax Authority (Form 140) and related forms are available in Hebrew only.
