Auxiliary software approval for: Annual reports / tax returns generation and their appendices
Producers of auxiliary software used for the generation of annual reports / tax returns and their appendices (for example, an annual income tax report - Form 1301) are required to obtain approval from the Tax Authority.

How to apply
To apply for approval, it is necessary to submit:
- Application form for approval of an auxiliary software for the generation of annual reports / tax returns and their appendices.
- A representative’s certificate (a CPA or a tax advisor) who has checked the correctness of the software and tested it on a sample of at least 10 (ten) taxpayers, and confirms that according to the test results, the data included in the software and the printouts produced according to it comply with the instructions of the law and the income reporting (the representative’s approval is required only the first time an application is submitted for the software, and is not required in the case of applying for a re-registration of the software).
- The samples of the reports - a printout of the forms for which approval is sought for.
- A copy of the software along with its installation instructions.
- The form must be completed, signed and sent together with the appendices to the e-mail address: [email protected]. Please note on the subject line of the message: "Request for Auxiliary Software Approval".
What happens next
A software producer whose application has been approved will be notified about the approval status to the email address provided while applying for approval within 90 (ninety) days after all the conditions required for the submission of the application are fulfilled and realized.
