Use this service to submit requests to the Rabbinical Court regarding filed cases.The request can also be submitted by your representing lawyer of rabbinical pleader (To'en).

What types of requests can you submit
You can submit requests regarding:
- Hearing scheduling.
- Decisions, clarifications, court orders and rulings.
- Documents.
- Case status.
- Reviewing.
- Correcting submitted court documents.
How to submit requests
Complete the Rabbinical Court request form and submit it together with any relevant documents that support your request to the Rabbinical Court Secretariat where the case is filed.
After submitting the online request, you will receive an email notification including your request serial number (in the email subject line).
Verify your identification
In order to complete the request submission process, you must verify your identification.
Call 1-700-501-531 and quote your request serial number.
Notes
Requests relating to cases that have not been filed, or whose fee has not been paid, will be handled after filing/paying the fee.
You must verify your request after submission. Submission of requests does not indicate that your request has been processed or is being handled.
This service and forms are provided in Hebrew. If you don’t speak Hebrew seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended.
