Notes
- You can apply to check the database at the same time as bringing a claim for compensation.
- Claims by surviving relatives - If the names of the claimants or the names of the deceased appear in the database as having received radiation therapy for scalp ringworm, as defined in the law, and they have submitted a claim, the committee will recognize their claim on the basis of this listing among the claimants as having been treated with radiation, as defined in the law, and they wil be referred for a hearing before a medical committee.
