How to submit the complaint or enquiry
Use the online form to submit your complaint or enquiry. Fill in the request details accurately to assure a fast and efficient service:
- Full name (you can submit the complaint or enquiry anonymously).
- Contact details:
- Address.
- Email.
- Telephone.
- Details of the transaction
- Business name.
- Business address.
- Company number or number of authorized dealer.
- Transaction date.
- How was the transaction made (in person, by telephone, online, by the service provider or the seller of the product).
- The nature of the complaint.
Attach the relevant documents to your application such as, employment contracts, receipts and invoices, letters of contact with the business, pictures or any material relevant to your complaint or enquiry.
You can submit complaints and enquiries regarding the following subjects:
- Misleading information.
- Misleading advertising.
- Exploitation of distress and undue influence.
- Overcharging or charging unauthorized charging.
- False advertisement - issues with prices displayed and product marking.
- Warranty and service issues.
- Failure to receive information and binding documents.
- Cancellation of transactions.
What you need
You need to attach all relevant documents to your enquiry or complaint, for example, employment contracts, receipts and invoices, letters of contact with the business, pictures or any material relevant to your complaint or enquiry.
