Submitting a complaint to The Inspector for Complaints Against the Israel Security Agency (ISA) Interrogators
This service enables to submit a complaint to the inspector for complaints against the Israeli security agency (Mavtan). The Mavtan is authorized to conduct preliminary investigations into complaints submitted by those who were interrogated by the Israeli security agency
For submitting the online complaint, you will need to:
- Enter the online complaint form
- Follow the instructions to complete the fields
- Attach relevant documents
- Submit the complaint form online by selecting the ‘Send’ button on the bottom left.
By submitting an online complaint, you will receive:
- A reference number. You are recommended to keep it for a later use.
- An email confirming receipt of your complaint and information about handling your complaint.
- In case you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting your complaint, contact the department directly.
