Filing a Claim or an Appeal with the Regional Labor Court against a National Insurance Institute decision

The claim rejection letter you received from the National Insurance Institute indicates whether the decision was made by a Claims Officer or by a Medical Appeals Committee, and also states the time period within which a claim or an appeal may be filed with the Regional Labor Court.
