What fees can be paid?
- The Institute for Standards and Quality Control:
- Quality control testing of a medical device batch to renew its registration in the registry.
- Quality control testing of a raw material to be used in the manufacture of a medical device or as a medical device.
- Quality control testing of a medical device for registration.
- Application for a manufacturer or importer's approval.
- Application for receiving a GMP confirmation copy.
- GMP compliance audit for certification.
- Quality control certification of medical device batch whose registration in the registry is valid.
- Quality control certification of a raw material to be used in the manufacture of a medical device or as a medical device.
- Official batch release certificate.
- Significant change.
- Another change.
- Pharmaceutics Division:
- Authorization or application for packaging and information leaflet change for an over-the-counter medication for sale in a different business, excluding changes to packaging and information leaflet made at the request of the Ministry of Health.
- Application for the director's approval of a new commercial or a commercial change.
- Levy for marketing a product without labeling information: initial marketing period: fee number 1 and 2.
- Levy for marketing a product without labeling information: second marketing period: fee number 1.
- Levy for marketing a product without the specified labeling information as detailed in the amendment to the Pharmacists Ordinance (No. 20) (Amendment No. 2 - Temporary Provision) 2013, first marketing period: fee number 1, 2, 3, and 4.
- Levy for marketing a product without the specified labeling information as detailed in the amendment to the Pharmacists Ordinance (No. 20) (Amendment No. 2 - Temporary Provision) 2013, second marketing period: fee number 1, 2, 3, and 4.
- A certified copy of authorization for a name change of a medical device, or its manufacturer, or the manufacturer's representative if the factory is located outside of Israel.
- Registration renewal of a medical device.
- Registration of a medical device in the registry.
- Registration change of a medical device: change of indication for a medical device, including the addition of an indication.
- Registration change of a medical device: change of name for a medical device or its manufacturer, or the manufacturer's representative.
- Cosmetic products:
- Any additional shade.
- Pesticide license, one active product.
- Pesticide license for an additional active product.
- Approval or renewal of approval for a cosmetic product, conditional on the cosmetic being offered in a single shade.
- Additional product name or its renewal.
Payment methods
Payment can be made using any of the following methods:
Credit card
Payment can be made according to the number of items being paid:
- For one item: payments up to 35,000 NIS can be made via regular payment or via credit installments.
- For more than one item, payments can be made up to 15,000 NIS per item (with no limitation on the number of items) via regular payment or via credit installments.
- In any other case, payments can be made only via credit installments.
Bank payment
- Payment can be made through one of the compatible banks.
- You must subscribe to the bank's internet services and receive a confirmation to make third-party transfers.
- It is advisable to coordinate with the bank when transferring particularly high amounts.
Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Quick payments can be made without entering the card details.
- This option requires subscription and identification on the website or the application.
- When paying in a browser on a non-Android device, users are required to enter the 3 digits at the back of their credit card (CVV).
- Payments to the government are generally exempt from VAT; therefore, the State is not required to issue a tax invoice for them (there is no VAT component).
- These expenses can be claimed as deductions if applicable and according to the Income Tax Ordinance.
Payment confirmation copy
A certified copy can be issued for confirmation of payment made through the Government Payment Service on the internet.
