Paying for Long Term Nursing Care
This service allows you to pay for nursing care for individuals for whom a 'hospitalization code' was approved.

What fees can be paid?

Please note
- Individuals approved for a nursing home care code can pay for nursing hospitalization and receive payment confirmation from the health department's finance division.
- In the "reference number" field, enter the 9 last digits of the payment slip.
- In the "payer account number" field, enter the digits without any leading zeros (the zeros at the beginning of the number).
- You may pay one or more payment slips for the hospitalized patient.
Payment methods
Payment can be made using any of the following methods:
Credit card
- Payment can be made according to the number of items being paid:
- For one item: payments up to 35,000 NIS can be made via regular payment or via credit installments.
- For more than one item, payments can be made up to 15,000 NIS per item (with no limitation on the number of items) via regular payment or via credit installments.
- In any other case, payments can be made only via credit installments.
Bank payment
- Payment can be made through one of the compatible banks.
- You must subscribe to the bank's internet services and receive a confirmation to make third-party transfers.
- t is advisable to coordinate with the bank when transferring particularly high amounts.
Apple Pay or Google Pay
- Quick payments can be made without entering the card details.
- This option requires subscription and identification on the website or the application.
- When paying in a browser on a non-Android device, users are required to enter the 3 digits at the back of their credit card (CVV).
- Payments to the government are generally exempt from VAT; therefore, the State is not required to issue a tax invoice for them (there is no VAT component).
- These expenses can be claimed as deductions if applicable and according to the Income Tax Ordinance.
Payment confirmation copy
A certified copy can be issued for confirmation of payment made through the Government Payment Service on the internet.
