Application for exclusion from the provisions concerning the procedure for determining conditions regarding geographical demarcation and occupation with the licenses of asylum seekers and infiltrators

Should there be any contradiction or inconsistency between the information on the information form and the relevant legal provisions, including the procedure for determining conditions regarding geographical demarcation and occupation with the licenses of asylum seekers and infiltrators, the legal provisions shall prevail.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the procedure "determining conditions regarding geographical demarcation and occupation with the licenses of asylum seekers and infiltrators”, (procedure number 10.1.0025) (hereinafter: "the procedure"), an infiltrator and/or an asylum seeker who invokes the existence of individual circumstances for which he should be excluded from the provisions of the procedure, may present his claims before the competent authorities of the Enforcement and Immigration administration.

All relevant references must be attached to the application.

Furthermore – an applicant claiming that he must be excluded from the provisions because he/she is the parent of a minor child living with him/her and who is learning in the Israeli educational system, will submit documentation for his or her claims, including certification from the educational system, as well as documentation that the minor lives with him/her.

It shall be made clear that only applications submitted by the infiltrator and/or the asylum claimant or his/her attorney, will be accepted.

For the avoidance of any doubt, it will be clearly stated that requests for cancellation of exclusion on behalf of a particular employer will not be accepted on the basis of allegations that it may harm the employer's business.

In the absence of a substantial change in circumstances, requests for exclusion will not be accepted until at least one year has elapsed since a previous request was filed.
The request must be filed in Hebrew or English only.

What happens next

1.
