Appeal a suspended driver’s license
If your driver’s license has been suspended because of the driving points system, you can appeal.
How to appeal
- Print and complete the appeal statement form
- Call the Ministry of Transport on *567 - an operator will ask for your details
- A licensing bureau clerk will get back to you to register your reasons for appealing
- The licensing bureau clerk will register your reasons for appealing and ask you to send the completed appeal statement form to the licensing bureaus by email, fax or other method.
If your appeal is denied, your license suspension will come in to effect immediately and you will have to hand I your driver’s license.
