Declare personal Import/Exportof goods – form 130
This service allows personal importers/exporters to declare shipment contents: the description of goods, quantity, and value of items, in cases where an invoice with a full description is not attached.
Who can declare the contents of a shipment
- Entitled individuals for tax exemptions: Olim (New Immigrants), students, or returning residents.
- Those importing goods without a purchase invoice, for example, the shipment is being sent from a private individual
- Foreign residents.
- Importers without tax exemption rights.
- Exporters in a personal export process.
What to attach to the Import Declaration:
- Bill of Lading, Gate Pass, and Freight Bill.
- Packing List.
- Invoices and receipts.
The service is free of charge
- Print the "Declaration of Personal Import/Export of Goods" form and fill it out manually.
- The form – which serves as a substitute for an invoice to determine the value of the items – must be attached when submitting the import/export declaration for customs clearance.
Notes:
In the case of clearance of goods by entitled individuals, details and documents regarding the spouse will also be required.
