Application for Tuition Subsidy in Day-care Centers and Mishpachtonim (2026–2027)
This service enables the submission of applications for tuition subsidies for toddlers enrolled in recognized daycare centers or family daycare homes (mishpachtonim).
We’ve updated! From now on, submitting subsidy applications, tracking status, and uploading documents are all done in one place.
To log in, enter the National Digital Identity System using your username, password, and a one-time code sent to your mobile phone.
To register for the National Digital Identity System
- One parent (Parent 1) begins the process by submitting a new application.
- After Parent 1 completes the application submission, the second parent (Parent 2) completes the application.
- The second parent will receive a link to complete the application via email and SMS.
- In the case of a single parent, there is no need for Parent 2 to complete a form.
Please note:
- Application submission for a subsidy can be completed exclusively through the National Digital Identity System.
- Parents who do not possess a biometric identity card are required to issue a new identity card at the Population and Immigration Authority.
- For parents who lack identification means for registering to the identity system, alternative solutions exist—such as registering at self-service kiosks or using a card reader. Please consult the National Digital Directorate guidelines.
- Starting from the 2026–2027 academic year, the date of application submission does not affect the subsidy eligibility period.
- The subsidy will be granted retroactively from the date the child entered the day-care center, as reported by the day-care director.
- As part of the application process, you may be required to upload additional documents.
- Updates and notifications regarding this will be sent to you via email and text message (SMS).
- The online application for a subsidy can be submitted only after completing the registration process with the day-care center or family day-care home (mishpachton) management.
- Parents of children in day-care centers who do not appear in the registration system cannot submit an application for a subsidy.
- It is recommended to verify with the day-care or family day-care home management that they have marked the child's status as "Enrolled" (Absorbed) on their entry date to the day-care center.
