Providing information to determine the declared value of a vehicle intended for personal importation (form 139)
This service enables car importers to submit information and a declaration on a vehicle intended for personal importation to assess its value and clear it through customs.

What to attach
The required documents indicated on the form must be attached when the import declaration is submitted through a customs agent
- Invoices and documents of the purchase of the vehicle
- Invoices of additional payments: transport, insurance
- Photocopy of the driver license
- You will need the following details:
- All the details about the vehicle
- Details of the seller
- If the imported vehicle has any spare parts, their description and cost must be indicated.

Print customs form 139, fill in all the required details in a clear handwriting and add the documents.
The person submitting the application must come in person to the customs office and sign the application in front of the customs agent or customs clerk.
The customs agent will add the signed document to the import declaration
