Licensed warehouse space expansion or reduction application (Customs Form No. 462)
This service allows you to apply for a space expansion or reduction of a licensed warehouse, meaning, to report a change in the size of an authorized warehouse.
Who can apply
Licensed warehouse owners who wish to make a change in the space size of the warehouse.
What to attach
- The abstract of title in the land registers;
- Rental contract / lease / letter of authorization;
- Approval of an insurance company regarding the change;
- Police safety certificate / business license;
- Warehouse plan drawing approved by an engineer;
- Attorney's approval regarding the applicant's rights.

How to apply
Please print out the application form for expanding / reducing the area of a licensed warehouse, complete all the fields with intelligible and clear writing, attach the required documents and send to the supervising customs house.
