This service allows to submit a query showing the applicants' current credit limit, the up-to-date usage and balance available. The Zahav query (Real Time Credits and Transfers) displays debit and credit transactions and the balance available for use.

- Bank transfers – by Internet
- Credit cards.
- Social Security – disabled persons
- Execution of a guarantee.
- Others.
The information is available in English, but the processing service procedures and related forms are available in Hebrew only.

- Entering the system leads to a smart identification, (a smart card is requested).
- Fill in the required fields and submit the query.
